South Korea leads RSI exports to a two-year high

U.S. exports of aluminum remelt scrap ingot (RSI) hit a more than two-year high in August as South Korea surpassed Canada and Mexico as the top foreign destination for much of the metal that month.
Overall exports rose for the second consecutive month to 5,771 short tons, a 32.7-percent spike from 4,349 tons shipped abroad in July and the highest one-month total since April 2006, when U.S. exporters delivered 6,704 tons to foreign customers (AMM, July 5, 2006).....
