Novelis in MiniMRF recycling venture

Novelis Corp., a major producer of aluminum can sheet using scrap, is investing in a joint venture that will build and operate "innovative technology designed to achieve high rates of solid waste diversion" at transfer stations and landfills, it said.
One goal is to secure more aluminum can scrap for Novelis' rolling mills.
Atlanta-based Novelis, a subsidiary of Hindalco Industries (India) Ltd., Mumbai, said Monday that the venture, MiniMRF LLC, is co-owned by PRFection Engineering LLC, Cleveland. ....
