Chinese alumina producer Bosai Minerals Group Co. Ltd. and the government of Guyana will conduct a feasibility study to build a $1-billion alumina plant in the southwest region of the South American country.
Bosai Minerals, which is based in southwest Chongqing province to the east of Sichuan, said that it would pay for 30 percent of the plant's construction and will finance the rest through a consortium of Chinese....
