An Alcoa Inc. executive has been elected chairman of the European Aluminium Association (EAA), Brussels.
Rudolph P. "Rudi" Huber, vice president of Pittsburgh-based Alcoa and president of Alcoa's European region, will assume the two-year chairmanship on Jan.....
