Hoeganaes to idle industrial operations at plant in N.J.

Ferrous metal powder producer Hoeganaes Corp. plans to shut down its industrial operations in Cinnaminson, N.J., by February as a result of the economic downturn.
Its headquarters and research and development activities will remain at the facility, however.
Seven workers will lose their jobs as a result of the industrial closure, said Hoeganaes, which has notified union officials and state and local officials of the layoffs.....
