Mexico’s Invecture makes play for Frontera

Mexican investment firm Invecture Group SA de CV has launched a hostile bid for mid-sized miner Frontera Copper Corp.

Invecture contacted the Toronto-based company's shareholders directly, offering to purchase all outstanding common shares for Canadian 59 cents (46.8 cents) each, an 11.3-percent premium to Wednesday's closing price of C53 cents on the Toronto Stock Exchange.....
