Auto parts supplier American Axle & Manufacturing Holdings Inc. (AAM) and FormTech Industries LLC are wheeling and dealing.
Detroit-based AAM said Friday it had traded its hub and spindle forging business for FormTech's differential gear, hypoid pinion and ring gear forging operations.....
