Chemetco exec makes EPA’s ‘most wanted’ list

Denis L. Feron, former chief executive officer of Chemetco Inc., has earned a place on the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's list of fugitives accused of violating environmental laws and evading arrest.

The EPA said it devised the new Web tool to enlist the public and law enforcement agencies in tracking down the wanted men. "Putting this information on the EPA's Web site will increase the number of 'eyes' looking for environmental fugitives," Granta Y. Nakayama, assistant administrator for the EPA's Office of Enforcement and Compliance Assurance, said in a statement.....
