ArcelorMittal faces suit over alleged contract breach

Dry bulk shipping company Western Bulk Carriers KS has sued ArcelorMittal SA for $5.4 million for breach of contract, according to legal documents filed in New York.
The case, against Arcelormittal Group, Arcelormittal International Luxembourg SA and Arcelormittal Shipping Ltd., was filed on Dec. 8 at the New York Southern District Court.....
