Paragon lawsuit vs. Schnitzer gets green light from judge
A federal judge has ruled that Paragon Metals Inc., challenging a landfill discount granted to Schnitzer Steel Industries Inc. for auto shredder fluff, has chosen a valid legal strategy.
The ruling by U.S. District Court Judge David Ezra opens the way for a full airing of the dispute before the federal court in Hawaii.....
