Independent Nickel OKs tie-up with Victory

Shareholders in Canada's Independent Nickel Corp. have voted by a landslide in favor of merging with 2190583 Ontario Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Victory Nickel Inc., Toronto.
At a special meeting Tuesday, 99.8 percent of Independent Nickel shareholders voted in favor of joining the two companies. The merger is expected to be completed Jan. 1.....
