Paragon lines up witnesses in Schnitzer row

Paragon Metals Inc. might call as many as 14 witnesses in its federal court battle to block the lower fees Schnitzer Steel Hawaii Corp. pays for dumping its shredder fluff in a local landfill.
In court papers filed in the U.S. District Court in Honolulu, Paragon said it also plans to introduce reports on the auto shredder residue from Schnitzer's Hawaii shredder, as well as financial documents and local news reports of Schnitzer's plans to lower....
