Zalev yard’s high emissions tally called error

Zalev Brothers Co., the Windsor, Ontario, unit of Ferrous Processing & Trading Co. (FPT), was responsible for 19 percent of Ontario's toxic emissions in 2004, according to the North American Commission for Environmental Cooperation.
But the scrapyard's dubious distinction actually might be a paper error and not any actual dumping of substantial tonnage of toxic materials.....
