One51 buys 33% stake in Barrie e-cycling arm

Barrie Metals Group, Barrie, Ontario, has sold a one-third interest in its electronics recycling arm to Irish investment group One51 Plc.
Scrap processor Barrie Metals is the parent of Global Electric Electronic Processing Inc. (GEEP), which has facilities in Barrie; Edmonton, Alberta; Durham, N.C.; and Dallas. One51, a Dublin-based investment group involved in recycling, infrastructure and energy, owns Swiss electronics recycler Immark AG.....
