Sims Group Ltd. has added to its scrap processing operations in Europe ahead of putting the final touches on its planned combination with Metal Management Inc. (MMI).
The Sydney, Australia-based scrap processor has bought ferrous scrap processor E.R. Coley (Steel) Ltd. in a bid to gain a foothold in the industrial West Midlands region of the country.....
