Route cleared to put in shredder, but Metalico wants to think on it

Plans by Metalico Inc. to build a shredder near Rochester, N.Y., have surmounted a court challenge but face a new hurdle a strategy review by the company itself.
All options are back on the table, the head of the Cranford, N.J.-based company indicated Friday.
At one point, Metalico was interested in buying a nearby shredder from Union Processing Corp., North Chili, N.Y. A letter of intent was signed by the two companies in March 2006.....
