Treasury Secretary Henry M. Paulson Jr. will lead a delegation to China next month for a meeting of the U.S.-China Strategic Economic Dialogue (SED).
The SED is a series of high-level meetings aimed at soothing tensions between the two trading partners. The third Cabinet-level meeting of the SED will focus on trade integrity, balanced economic development, energy conservation,....
