Ipsco promotes exec to general manager of Iowa plant

Ipsco Inc., Lisle, Ill., a division of Svenskt Stal AB (SSAB), has appointed of Ed DiCiccio general manager of its Montpelier, Iowa, steelmaking complex.
DiCiccio's responsibilities will include the overall operation of the 1.25-million-ton plate mini-mill and its 400 employees.....
