U.S. Trade Representative Susan Schwab will address the Cold Finished Steel Bar Institute's annual meeting Nov. 29-30 in Washington.
CFSBI counsel Duane Layton said he's been impressed with the Bush administration's willingness to stand up to the World Trade Organization on zeroing. The WTO's Appellate Body has sided repeatedly with Europe and Japan, which argue that zeroing unfairly raises U.S.....
