The European Confederation of Iron and Steel Industries (Eurofer) has filed a third anti-dumping complaint against Chinese steel imports.
Eurofer said its case is based on evidence showing that the dumping of wire rod by China and Turkey is causing material injury to the European steel industry. Eurofer claims that large volumes of wire rod have been dumped at margins as high as....
