WTO names four new members to Appellate Body

The World Trade Organization has appointed four new members to its seven-member Appellate Body, including Jennifer Hillman, an Indiana Democrat who served on the U.S. International Trade Commission from August 1998 to December 2006.

The WTO will also welcome its first ever Chinese judge to the body, Zhang Yuejiao, an international trade lawyer. Zhang's appointment is controversial. A week ago, Taiwan attempted to block her appointment, saying it....
