Interseroh buys processor Rohstoffe Kohler

German scrap processor Interseroh AG has bought Rohstoffe Kohler GmbH to strengthen its operations in the southwest of the country. The terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Rohstoffe Kohler handles about 60,000 tonnes of ferrous and nonferrous scrap annually at two sites in Germersheim and Kehl in Baden-Würtemmberg.
