CVRD, subsidiaries get new names

Brazil's Cia. Vale do Rio Doce (CVRD) has changed its name to Vale, and its North American subsidiaries are going along for the ride.
CVRD Inco Ltd., Toronto, has become Vale Inco Ltd., and its wholly owned subsidiary, Voisey's Bay Nickel Co., will be rebranded Vale Inco Newfoundland & Labrador....
