Felman leaves silicomanganese mart in dark

Uncertainties surround the start-up of the third furnace at Felman Production Inc.'s Letart, W.Va., silicomanganese plant, which had been expected in November.
"Nobody knows what is going on with those guys," a trader said. "They claim they've been putting the third furnace online for more than a year now, so who knows when or if it's back up. But I don't believe they are producing at any level near capacity."
A company representative declined to comment.....
