Dana’s new board slate includes auto heavyweights

Auto parts maker Dana Corp. has announced a new slate of board members that includes auto industry heavyweights, along with luminaries such as former Democratic Presidential candidate Richard Gephardt.
The nine board members are expected to take office when the Toledo, Ohio-based company emerges from Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection, likely before the end of January.
Mike Burns, the company's current chairman and chief executive officer, will be on the board but will serve only as chief executive, Dana said in a statement Thursday.....
