Evraz, unit in deal to buy Claymont Steel for $564.8M

Evraz Group SA, Luxembourg, and Titan Acquisition Sub Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Evraz, have agreed to purchase Claymont Steel Holdings Inc., Claymont, Del., for $564.8 million.

The board of directors of Claymont Steel, whose electric furnace operation makes custom carbon plate, has unanimously recommended that Claymont's shareholders accept the offer.....
