R2 voluntary e-cycling standards heading toward field test stage

A project for voluntary electronic recycling standards that would be endorsed by the federal government is nearing the field test stage, even though the existing text is only a draft version.
The details have been closely held, although one version of the code has been placed on the Web by a participating company, Hesstech LLC, Edison, N.J.....
