Global Alumina signals end of exclusive sale talks

Global Alumina Corp., New York, said Tuesday that the period for exclusive talks with a potential buyer had ended Dec. 10 and that the parties had agreed to not extend the exclusivity period.
Global said it would make no further announcements concerning negotiations unless a deal to sell the company is reached.....
