ArvinMeritor to acquire Mascot Truck Parts

Tier 1 automotive supplier ArvinMeritor Inc. Tuesday announced plans to acquire Canada's Mascot Truck Parts Ltd.
Troy, Mich.-based ArvinMeritor said the acquisition would expand its remanufacturing and aftermarket businesses. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.....
