Move on trade legislation vs. China, English urges Rangel

Rep. Phil English (R., Pa.) on Tuesday urged House Ways and Means Committee chairman Charles Rangel (D., N.Y.) to act on trade legislation against China before Congress concludes the first session of the 110th Congress.
"The sector of our economy most in the crosshairs of China's mercantilist trade practices is the American manufacturing base," English said in a letter to Rangel. "Every day that passes, the hemorrhaging of American manufacturing jobs worsens."....
