Secondary ingot tags hold steady

The spot market for secondary aluminum ingot shows hints of inching upward, but not enough to move the quotes out of currently listed price ranges.

Two sellers said they have gotten nibbles—but no deals—at the higher numbers they're pushing. Many buyers have closed the books on December and are not interested....
