Bolton Metal Products to cut 78 jobs in restructuring

Bolton Metal Products Co., Bellefonte, Pa., plans to lay off 78 union workers by Dec. 31 as part of a restructuring that will see the company focus more on specialty brass products, sizes and alloys.
Bolton, formerly known as Cerro Metal Products Co., said the staff reduction at the Bellefonte facility comes as it streamlines the business. Additional staff cuts could be made before year-end but will not be as large, according to John Hussa, president of Bolton Metal.....
