SeverCorr management changes coming down the pike

Steel production got under way a little more than a month ago at SeverCorr LLC, Columbus, Miss., but already management changes are in the wind.
Although no specifics have been made available, JSC Severstal, Cherepovets, Russia, confirmed that it is in discussions with SeverCorr management about changing the ownership structure of the mini-mill. That likely will mean that at least a few top executives from SeverCorr's current management team will be leaving the company, perhaps within a week.
A spokesman for SeverCorr declined to comment Thursday, citing ongoing discussions between Severstal and the current SeverCorr management team.....
