Wise Recycling employee said arrested in theft of meter lids

A Wise Recycling LLC employee in Kingsport, Tenn., has reportedly been arrested and charged in connection with a series of thefts of the city's water meter lids.
Kingsport Police arrested Matthew Reynolds, 24, a Wise Recycling employee, and charged him with theft of more than $1,000, according to a local newspaper report. Reynolds allegedly admitted to police that he had bought the aluminum lids from Steven R. Craig, 26.....
