New legal ruling on Cananea strike due early in ’08

A new decision on the legality of nearly five months of industrial action at Grupo Mexico SA de CV's Cananea copper mine in Sonora state is expected early next year, a source close to the company said.
A federal circuit court judge sent the case back to the labor court because certain resolutions have to be reassessed, the source said.....
