Aleris joining recycling, specification alloys into one unit

Aleris International Inc. said Thursday it will realign its recycling and specification alloys into a single business unit, effective Jan. 2, reporting to Terrance J. Hogan as senior vice president and general manager.
Hogan has been vice president and general manager in charge of smelters in the recycling group, which has focused on products cheaper than those used by automakers and has processed large quantities of dross.....
