ITE in deal to acquire GM’s medium-duty truck business

General Motors Corp. has entered an agreement to sell its medium-duty truck business to International Truck & Engine Corp. as part of plans to focus on cars and light trucks.
The financial terms of the deal between the Detroit-based automaker and the primary operating subsidiary of Navistar International Corp., Warrenville, Ill., weren't immediately disclosed. It is expected to close in 2008.....
