Auto parts supplier Federal-Mogul exits Ch. 11 after court clears plan

Auto parts supplier Federal-Mogul Corp. emerged from Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection last week after a six-year reorganization process.
The reorganization plan for the Southfield, Mich.-based company was approved in U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware on Nov. 8 and affirmed in U.S. District Court Nov. 14, the company said.....
