Two die in blast while dismantling fired rocket

Two Barstow, Calif., men were killed last week while taking apart a shoulder-fired rocket that police believe they had scavenged from a nearby military base.
Michael Ryan, 38, and Ricky Allen Knodel, 46, died after an explosion Thursday in an apartment in this desert city about 90 miles east-northeast of Los Angeles.....
