Tanker ordered back to Netherlands as fate mulled

The asbestos-laden chemical tanker Otapan will return to the Netherlands while the Dutch government decides the ultimate fate of the vessel.
The 22,000-deadweight-tonne vessel had been sent to Turkey for demolition after it was bought by Turkish ship scrapper Simsekler Ltd. But the Turkish government blocked the ship's entry into its waters last month after it received a report that the amount of asbestos on board the ship....
