Able UK may soon get final word on its long fight to break ‘ghosts’

British ship scrapper Able UK Ltd. might soon get the long-awaited decision on its plan to scrap several "Ghost Fleet" vessels of the U.S. Maritime Administration (Marad) at its shipyard in Hartlepool, England.
Able UK want to dismantle up to 13 of the aged vessels from Marad's James River Reserve Fleet, but those plans have been delayed by legal and planning battles over the environmental impact that the ship dismantling work will have....
