Martinrea to pay $275M for TK Budd auto unit

Automotive parts supplier Martinrea International Inc., Vaughan, Ontario, said it has agreed to purchase the North American automotive body and chassis operations of ThyssenKrupp Budd Co., Troy, Mich., for about $275 million.
The price includes $95 million in cash, with the remainder involving assumption of liabilities, executives of both companies said, adding that the transaction is expected to be completed by the end of the year.....
