TMR acquires recycler Scrap-All, adding to its presence in Florida

Trademark Metals Recycling LLC (TMR), a Tampa, Fla.,-based subsidiary of David J. Joseph Co., purchased the assets and business of Scrap-All Inc. from its owners, Herb Wax and Mark Goldman.
Scrap-All, founded in 1973, operates yards in Tampa and Sarasota, Fla. Both facilities are full-service ferrous and nonferrous scrap processing yards equipped with shears, balers and loggers. In addition, Scrap-All operates a trucking fleet serving its industrial customers.....
