NAM supports EPA greenhouse gases stance

The U.S. Supreme Court should not allow the regulation of greenhouse gases under the Clean Air Act, according to a legal brief filed by various business groups.
The National Association of Manufacturers (NAM) has joined several other organizations in filing an amicus curiae brief, a legal brief filed with the court by someone who isn't a party to the case.....
