State Metal, exec fined for military parts sale

The inclusion of unmangled missile-guidance parts in an aluminum scrap shipment loaded for China has resulted in fines and probation for State Metal Industries Co., Camden, N.J., and for Michael Dorfman, a company vice president.
State Metal was fined $250,000 and will have its activities supervised for three years while Dorfman was fined $5,000 and received two years' probation.....
