Chinese cross 21 company names off list of approved scrap shippers

A Chinese inspection agency appears to have canceled some European and Asian scrap shipper licenses, according to the Institute of Scrap Recycling Industries (ISRI).
The Administration on Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine eliminated 21 companies in August and October on the basis of on-site inspections, ISRI said.....
