A380.1 aluminum slides, other alloys stable

The street price of A380.1 secondary aluminum ingot has declined slightly, according to market sources, but prices for most other grades are stable.
Sources put A380.1 in a range of $1.075 to $1.10 a pound, down from $1.08 to $1.11 previously.
Wabash Alloys LLC, which had raised its published quote to $1.14 early this month when the cash price of the North American special aluminum alloy contract was $1.0546 a pound on the London Metal Exchange, acknowledged the softer market Tuesday by cutting its price 4 cents to $1.10 a pound.....
