Columbia Falls Aluminum Co. LLC, owned by Glencore International AG since May 1999, is hoping to restart the second of its five potlines in the first quarter of 2007.
Haley Beaudry, the company's manager of external affairs, confirmed local reports that the Columbia Falls, Mont.,-based company hopes to restart some of its capacity, citing falling alumina prices as one factor helping to enable the restart.
