Ukraine moving toward lifting scrap export ban

Ukraine's parliament has given preliminary approval to a bill that would lift a ban on metal scrap exports, according to an Interfax report.
If adopted, the bill would remove the current ban on exports of both ferrous and nonferrous metal scrap but impose an export duty of 30 euros ($22.50) a tonne....
