NS Group’s top executives fly coop as Ipsco completes takeover

Plate and tube maker Ipsco Inc., Lisle, Ill., has completed its acquisition of NS Group Inc. after NS Group's shareholders voted overwhelmingly in favor of the deal Friday.
As a result, NS Group's top executives have departed the company, although some will serve in consulting roles during the transition, Ipsco said. A total of about $16.4 million will be paid out to the senior leaders, according to a filing....
